When Can You Request a Return or Exchange?

We accept return/exchange requests in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged or tampered packaging at the time of delivery

  • Expired product received

Note: Due to the nature of grocery and food products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Taste preferences

  • Delays caused by courier partners

 


 

Return/Exchange Process

  • Share clear photos & packet opening videos of the product, outer packaging, and invoice.

  • Product must be unused and unopened in its original packaging.

 


 

Refund & Compensation

  • No direct cash refunds.

  • Genuine cases will be compensated with store credit or replacement with your next order (as per product and situation).

 


 

Goodwill Compensation

In case of low-value orders or minor issues:

  • A suitable discount, freebie, or store credit will be provided to maintain your shopping experience.
